First time to put their feet in the Indian Ocean!
Meredith Diffee came to Swaziland on the first GO team from BFC two years ago. She knew that she wanted to come back and stay longer than a week. She did come back, but now as a RN. Meredith came with the GO team and stayed for three weeks after. She worked with the Luke Commission and lived with us. We had so much fun! We learned from her as she was experiencing Swaziland for the second time. Meredith you will be missed!

ReplyDeleteEdna just viewed your blogs - says it makes her homesick for Swaziland and Manzini. Your apt seems different from the houses she saw on her trip. The Indian Ocean looked inviting. She said she spent time there - had a picnic on the cliff where Smelzenbach prayed. Are their graves still there? Would love to be there with you. Praying for you. Love you much. Maw Maw

ReplyDeleteIt's great to hear from you! The Indian Ocean was beautiful just like when you were here! We have also visited the cliff where Smelzenbauch prayed over Swaziland. The graves are still there in Enzingeni. We wish you could be here as well... I guess we'll have to wait until December when we come home for a visit! We love you so much and pray for you as well. You are the best and you are missed by us!
